Smoked Butcher’s Blend brings wood-smoked salt, cracked black pepper and deep umami flavor to the foods that deserve a stronger finish. Viking Oak Smoked Fleur de Sel Sea Salt gives it a clean campfire aroma, while Butcher’s Cut Black Pepper adds a sharp, peppery bite that stands up to brisket, ribs, burgers, chicken and salmon.

Use it before cooking as a dry seasoning, mix it into ground beef for burgers or meatloaf or sprinkle it over roasted potatoes, baked beans and grilled vegetables. It adds the character of outdoor cooking without needing a smoker or grill.

What makes this blend work is the balance. Smoked salt builds aroma, black pepper gives structure, Worcestershire powder adds tangy depth and shiitake mushroom powder rounds everything out with a rich, satisfying finish.
