Nuoc Cham is a sweet, sour and savory Vietnamese dipping sauce that is delicious on chilled noodle bowls, grilled meats and fruit salads.
½ cup hot water
⅓ cup granulated honey 5141
⅓ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup fish sauce
2 tsp. Spicy Calabrian Chili Blend 7396
1 garlic clove, minced (about 1 tsp)
Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until granulated honey is dissolved. Use this dressing as a dipping sauce for grilled steaks, pork chops and chicken. Spoon it over a composed plate of your favorite sliced fruits and raw vegetables. Use it to dress a rice noodle salad with lots of herbs.
