Pita chips are easy to make and you can flavor them with any number of our seasonings. Here we've used our Butcher's Salt and Pepper blend but feel free to substitute any of the others.
Seasoned Pita Chips
makes 48 chips
Heat oven to 350F. Slice edges from the pita rounds and then slice each round into 8 wedges. Peel apart each wedge into 2 triangles.
Lay pita triangles in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until chips are crisp. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
