Shrimp roasted in the oven takes nearly no time at all and always comes out perfectly cooked. We've used our Key West seasoning in this recipe but you could substitute most of our other seasoning blends as well.

1-lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp. Key West Seasoning (7001)
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Heat oven to 400F. Place shrimp, seasoning, and oil in medium mixing bowl and toss to combine. Transfer shrimp to a parchment-lined sheet pan and spread out in an even layer. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until just cooked through. Serve warm with lemon wedges, if desired.
