Place softened butter in a medium bowl. Choose seasoning from list above, add it to the butter, and mix well. Shape butter into a log and wrap up in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator until hard. To use, simply slice off what you need and return unused portion back in the refrigerator.
