    Originally from the Americas, Cayenne pepper from the capsicum annum plant is now among the most-planted hot peppers in the world. The Spice Lab Organic Cayenne Pepper is made from both dried peppers and their seeds for a fuller flavor and heat range.

    Chef Fiona uses Organic Cayenne Pepper in chili con carne and in honey-glazed pork tenderloin. Even though it is considered a medium hot chile, cayenne pepper is fiery and hot on the taste buds.
