These savory tingly spiced cashews are a perfect little snack and they only require 3 ingredients and take less than 30 minutes to prepare. We use Nom Nom Paleo's Spicy Sichuan Powder for this recipe, but feel free to substitute any of her other delicious blends here.
1 lb raw whole cashews
2 Tbs. avocado oil
2-3 tsp. 7231 Nom Nom Paleo Spicy Sichuan Powder
Heat oven to 325F. Place cashews in a medium mixing bowl and add avocado oil. Mix well, making sure that the cashews are evenly coated. Add Sichuan seasoning (2 or 3 teaspoons, depending on how highly seasoned you would like them), and mix well. Place nuts on a baking sheet, spread out in an even layer and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fragrant and golden brown. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
