Slow Cooker Balsamic Pork Roast

A zesty, yet simple meal with a seasoned honey balsamic vinegar sauce

In a small bowl, combine the Hawaiian Maui Onion SaltGarlic Powder, and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.  Place pork roast in the slow cooker and rub the spice mixture on all sides.  Mix together the chicken broth, Balsamic Vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce and then pour over the pork roast.  Drizzle honey over the pork, cover, and cook on high for 6 hours.  Once the pork is tender, remove from slow cooker, and pull apart with two forks.  Return pork to the slow cooker and serve warm.

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Tips Notes Look for pork shoulder or pork butt. Even though it's called a "butt," it's actually part of the shoulder meat
