Asian Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl combine ground pork, ground beef, Sesame Oil, Panko breadcrumbs, Ground Ginger, eggs, garlic cloves, Minced Green Onion, and Hawaiian Maui Onion Salt. Shape into 2” meatballs. Place on a Silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked.
In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic cloves, Hei-Jin 'Rich' Soy Sauce , Sesame Oil, and Ground Ginger . Using a toothpick, dip each cooked meatball into the sauce and then sprinkle on Toasted Sesame Seeds.
