Holiday Pasta Casserole

In a mixing bowl combine roasted pumpkin, ricotta, egg, Ground Nutmeg, Rubbed Sage, Oak Smoked Salt, Ground White Pepper, Dried Parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Cook the pasta according to directions on the box. Combine pasta and pumpkin ricotta mixture.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and season with Oak Smoked Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Italian Seasoning.

Preheat oven to 350°. Assemble the casserole as follows: cover the bottom of dish with a small amount of pasta sauce. Then spread half the pasta pumpkin mixture in the dish, followed by a layer of ground meat and pasta sauce. Repeat with the remainder of ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes.

Pumpkin Ricotta

- 1 box of pasta
- 2 cups roasted pumpkin
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon (5021) Ground Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon (5168) Rubbed Sage
- ½ teaspoon (4052) Viking Oak Smoked Salt
- ¼ teaspoon (5196) Ground White Pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5020) Dried Parsley
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

Ground Beef

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon (4052) Viking Oak Smoked Salt
- 2 tablespoons (5007) Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons (5086) Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons (5025) Italian Seasoning
- 1 Jar pasta sauce
