7024 Best of the Bay - Grilled Shrimp on Himalayan Salt Block

Grilling on a salt block adds complex flavor to all types of foods

Peel and Devein Shrimp.  After properly curing the Himalayan Salt Block (see instructions online) heat grill to 400°.  Evenly distribute shrimp across surface of salt block.  Drizzle with Olive Oil, Best of the Bay Seafood Seasoning, and a squeeze of lemon.  Cook 3 minutes on each side of the shrimp until no longer translucent.  Serve with your favorite grilled vegetables. 

- 1 pound Key West Pink Shrimp

- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

- 1 tablespoon (7024) Best of the Bay Seafood Seasoning

- 1 lemon

- 1 Himalayan Salt Block
