Ancho Chili & Coffee Pork Loin Recipe

A quick and delicious dish using our award-winning Ancho Chili & Coffee Rub

Pork Rub:  In a blender combine Ancho Chili & Coffee Steak Rub, Chipotle peppers, vinegar, and Granulated Brown Sugar.  Evenly coat both sides of the pork loin with the rub.

In a hot skillet add Grapeseed Oil and sear the pork loin for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with a side of cucumber.

- 6 ounce Pork Loin

- 1 tablespoon Vinegar

- 2 tablespoons Ancho Chili & Coffee Steak Rub

- 1 teaspoon Granulated Brown Sugar

- 7 ounce can Chipotle Peppers in Adobo

- 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil

Tips Notes

Any oil will work to seer the pork loin, grapeseed oil is used because it does not change the flavor of the meat.
