PROCESS: The sea salt is cold smoked gradually over a real fire comprising of mainly oak wood, in the same way that the Vikings smoked salt many years ago.
TASTE: The salt has a mild aroma and a natural smoky taste that is particularly enjoyed by vegetarians and carnivores alike.
USE: Sprinkled generously over a roast chicken. It is also delicious on all meats and fish. This salt is also used as a secret ingredient in seasoning and dry rubs. Viking Oak Smoked Salt also works well as a finishing salt. Just let your imagination go.
