Common Uses Excellent for preparing fish as well as steak and chicken cutlets. Dip fish fillets in melted butter and then dredge in the Blackening Seasoning. Cook in a very hot cast iron skillet or grill pan. The deep brown-black crust comes from the butter and charred spices creating a beautiful presentation and delicious dish.
