No. 11 - Turmeric Tea
To make golden milk: Heat 1 cup of your choice of milk, nut milk, or coconut milk until hot but not boiling. Stir in 1 Tbs. of turmeric tea blend and sweeten with honey, if desired. The turmeric does have a tendency to settle so stir or swirl liquid in your cup to prevent this from happening.
Add turmeric tea blend to your oatmeal or favorite warm breakfast cereal: Simply add about 1 Tbs. tea blend to each serving and stir well to combine.
Boost your smoothies: add 1 Tbs. tea blend to your smoothie mixture before blending
Add a couple spoonfuls to your favorite pancake, muffin or cake recipe for a superfood boost and golden hue.
