7606 Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic - Linguini with Clam Sauce

7606 Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic - Linguini with Clam Sauce

Bringing a large pot of water to a boil.

Add Fleur de Sel Salt to the water. Cook Linguine according to directions on the box.

Heat a deep sauté pan on medium heat and add Olive Oil. Add Freeze Dried Shallots, white wine, and clams.
Cover and cook until clams open. Discard any clams that do not open.
Remove cover and mix in Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend, Fleur de Sel Salt, butter, and lemon.

Drain pasta and in a separate serving bowl combine Olive Oil, Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend, Sweet Basil, and Granulated Garlic.
Add steamed clams to the pasta, mix, and serve.

 

Clams

- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

- 1 teaspoon (5170) Freeze Dried Shallots

- 1 pound Little Neck Clams

- ¼ cup white wine

- 1 tablespoon (7606) Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- Juice of half a lemon

- ¼ teaspoon (4157) Fleur de Sel Salt

Pasta

- ½ lb Linguine

- 1 tablespoon (7606) Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend

- 1 tablespoon (5012) Sweet Basil

- 2 teaspoon (5007) Granulated Garlic

- 1 teaspoon (4157) Fleur de Sel Salt


To select the best wine to cook with choose a crisp white wine, such as a Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or an Unoaked Chardonnay.
