A quick and easy Italian classic

7606 Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Lasagna

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large saucepan, heat the Pasta Sauce on medium low heat. Brown the ground beef and sausage, season with Himalayan Pink Salt and Special Extra Bold Indian Black Peppercorn to taste. Add browned meats to warm pasta sauce.

In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Whole Mediterranean Oregano, Sweet Basil, and Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend.

In a 13” x 9” oven safe dish, build the lasagna by a spooning in an even layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the pan.
Top with the oven ready lasagna sheets. Next spoon in a layer of the Ricotta cheese mixture. Sprinkle on a layer of Mozzarella cheese and cover with an even layer of meat sauce. Continue for three more layers. The last layer should be the Mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the cover and brown the cheese on low broil for 5 minutes. Let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting into it; this keeps your layers from immediately sliding apart.


- 1 box oven ready Lasagna sheets (No bake)

- 1 Jar Pasta Sauce

- 1 pound Ground Beef

- 1 pound Italian Sausage

- 16 ounce container Ricotta cheese

- 2 eggs

- 16 ounce Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon Whole Mediterranean Oregano

- 1 tablespoon (5012) Sweet Basil

- 1 tablespoon (7606) Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend

- (4040) Himalayan Pink Salt and Fresh Ground (5185) (Special Extra Bold Peppercorn, to taste


Use whole milk Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese when possible. Fresh is best.  Part-skim is fine but will be blander
