Seasoned Pita Chips
Makes about 48 chips
3 pita breads
3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Butchers Salt and Pepper (7061)
- Slice edges from the pita rounds and then slice each round into 8 wedges. Peel apart each wedge into 2 triangles.
- Heat oven 350F. Lay pita triangles in a single layer on parchment-lined sheet pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with your choice of seasoning. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until chips are crisp. Repeat with remaining pita.
