1) Flour seasoned with Peri Peri.
2) Eggs and add any store bought Buffalo wing sauce.
3) Panko breadcrumbs. In the order above dredge the chicken tenders in the seasoned flour, then the egg mixture, then coat with the Panko breadcrumbs. Carefully place the coated chicken into the deep fryer (or a pot of oil) set at 335°. Cook chicken until golden brown and drain on a wire rack.

Quick Curly Fires: Mix the flour with the Peri Peri Seasoning. Using a spiral vegetable slicer, cut the potatoes into spirals. Soak potato sprirals in cold water and in small batches pat dry. Toss the dry potato curls into the flour mixture. Fry the potatoes at 340° until golden brown. Add additional Peri Peri Seasoning tif needed.

Chicken

- 1 pound chicken tenders (boneless skinless)

- ½  cup All-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon (7060) Peri Peri Seasoning

- 3 eggs (beaten)

- 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce (optional for extra Zing)

 - ½ cup Panko bread crumbs (unseasoned)

 Curly Fries

 - 2 large Russet potatoes

 - ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour

 - 1 teaspoon (7060) Peri Peri Seasoning

 - Canola oil for frying

Russet potatoes produce crisper crusts and fluffier centers.

Canola oil is an exceptionally stable oil with a high smoke point, which ensures that the oil won't smoke or break down at high heat.  Making it ideal for deep-frying chicken tenders.
