7045 Spicy Bloody Mary Potatoes

Not just for breakfast

7045 Spicy Bloody Mary Potatoes

Dice potato into ½ inch pieces.
Soak in cool water until ready to use.
Heat 1”-2” of Olive Oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350 degrees.
When ready to fry potatoes remove them from water and pat dry.
Fry until golden brown approximately 3-5 minutes.
Drain potatoes on wire rack and season immediately with Spicy Bloody Mary Salt and Smoked Spanish Paprika.

- 1 Large Russet Potato (Diced)

- Virgin Olive Oils

- 1 teaspoon (7045) Spicy Bloody Mary Salt

- 1 teaspoon (5297) Smoked La Vera Paprika

Serve with Bloody Mary Eggs Benedict (see recipe link below).
