Perfectly seasoned meatballs for your favorite sauce and pasta

7042 Sicilian Style Spaghetti & Meatballs

In a small bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk for 20 minutes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, sautéed onions, bread crumb mixture, eggs, Garlic Powder, Himalayan Pink Salt, Black Tellicherry Peppercorn, and Sicilian Blend. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Using wet hands, form mixture into meatballs. Brown meatballs in a skillet with a little olive oil. Then add to heated pasta sauce to finish cooking.

- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs

- 1/3 cup Milk

- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

- 1 Vidalia Onion, diced

- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 pound ground pork

- 2 eggs

- 2 teaspoon (4040) Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 teaspoon (5015) Black Tellicherry Peppercorn

- 1 teaspoon (5007) Garlic Powder

- 1 tablespoon (7042) Sicilian Blend

- Sweet (5012) Basil as garnish

- Gourmet Pasta of Choice

- Gourmet Pasta Sauce of Choice


Another option is to brown the meatballs, place them on a cooking sheet, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
