7024 Best of the Bay Seasoned Crab Hot Pockets

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and mix in crab. Allow crab to heat up and then add Best of the Bay Seafood Seasoning. Mix until crab is thoroughly coated with seasoning.

Preheat oven to 400°. Place parchment paper on a baking tray and lay out the two puff pastry sheets. Cut both sheets of puff pastry in half, place the crab mixture in the center of each, sprinkle a generous layer of cheese, and fold puff pastry over the crab to create a pocket. Crimp the edges of the puff pastry by pushing down on all three sides. Brush the egg yolks on the top of the puff pastry. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with a sprinkle of cheese on top of the hot pocket.

- 1 package puff pastry, defrosted

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 2 tablespoons (7024) Best of the Bay Seafood Seasoning

- 8 ounces canned crab

- 8 ounces cheese (cheddar, Emmentaler, etc.), grated

- 2 egg yolks, whisked

We used Emmantelar cheese for a creamy, cheesy center.
