7023 Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon

7023 Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon

Soak cedar plank in water for a minimum of 30 minutes and preheat grill to 400°.

Brush Olive Oil on both sides of the Salmon. Season flesh side with Salt Free Salmon Seafood Seasoning, French Fleur de Sel 'Flower of the Sea' Salt, and Cubeb Long Tailed Pepper.

Place the Salmon skin side up directly on the grill. Also place the cedar plank on the grill.

As the Salmon cooks the flesh will turn pale. If you start to see white dots on the sides of the salmon it is almost done
Half way through the cooking process flip and place the salmon (skin side down) on the cedar plank. Continue to cook until desired doneness.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon.

- 1 salmon fillet, skin on

- ½ teaspoon (7023) Salt Free Salmon Seafood Seasoning

- ¼ teaspoon (4011) French Fleur de Sel 'Flower of the Sea' Salt

- ¼ teaspoon (5061) Cubeb Long Tailed Pepper

- Olive Oil 

- 1 lemon

Free Salmon Seafood Seasoning will bring out the flavors of your salmon

Tip: Never over cook salmon, the center should be medium rare just starting to cook as the carry threw heat will continue to cook off the heat. The number one reason people do not like salmon is they over cook it..
