7004 Roasted Cabbage with Mustard Seasoning

Serves 4-6

1 medium head of green cabbage, cut into 8 wedges through the core

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

3 Tbs. Country Style Honey Mustard Seasoning (7004)

2 Tbs. red wine vinegar

1.  Heat oven 450F.  Place cabbage wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined sheet pan.  Whisk together olive oil and mustard seasoning in a small bowl and brush onto both sides of the cabbage.  Bake cabbage in oven for 25-30 minutes, or until browned and crisped on the edges and tender in the center.  Remove from oven and drizzle with the red wine vinegar.  Serve hot or at room temperature.
