5267 Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric and Cumin


Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl, combine Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Ground Turmeric, Ground Chili Pepper, and Viking Oak Smoked Salt.

In a baking pan, drizzle the spiced oil over the cauliflower. Spread the cauliflower in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

- ¼ cup Olive Oil

- 1 ½ teaspoons (5002) Ground Cumin

- 1 teaspoon (5267) Ground Turmeric 5%

- 1/8 teaspoon (5109) Aleppo Chili Flakes

- ¼ teaspoon (4052) Viking Oak Smoked Salt


For a sauce, drizzle olive oil in baking pan to remove drippings and add extra seasonings.  
Serve hot or cold or as a main dish or a side dish.

Vibrant yellow color from the high oil turmeric and an earthy nose form the ground cumin
