5250 White Kampot Pepper Cole Slaw with Celery Seed

In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, Demerara Sugar, Ground Celery Seeds, and Cambodia White Kampot Pepper. Mix well and serve chilled.

- 1 tablespoon Ground Celery Seeds

- 2 tablespoons Celery Salt

- 6 cups shredded green cabbage

- 1 cup shredded carrot

- ½ cup mayonnaise

- ¼ cup white wine vinegar

- 1 tablespoon Demerara Sugar

- (5250) Cambodia White Kampot Pepper, to taste

Kampot pepper taste fruity and spicy and will develop its unique flavor in your pepper mill.  For best results add freshly ground Cambodia White Kampot Pepper to your dish.
