5207 Korean BBQ Pork Chops

Korean Gochugaru BBQ Pork Chops

Preheat oven to 375°.

Korean Sweet Chili BBQ Sauce

In a small bowl whisk together Hawaiian Hula seasoning, Korean Chili Flakes, Sesame Oil, honey, and Soy Sauce. Set aside. Add salt to taste.

In a cast iron pan over medium high heat, evenly coat surface with Sesame Oil. Season pork chops on both sides with Hudson Valley Salt, and Long Pepper. Sear pork chops on all sides, pour on half the Korean Sweet Chili BBQ Sauce, and cook in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn pork chops over and pour on the remaining sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- 2 bone in pork chops

- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

- 1/2 tablespoon (5207) Korean Gochugaru Chili Flakes

- 1/2 tablespoon (7086) Hawaiian Hula Rub Blend

- 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil 

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

- 1 teaspoon (4290) Hudson Valley Salt

- ½ teaspoon (5057) Long Pepper "Wild Picked", freshly ground
