5164 Pumpkin Pie Spiced White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350°. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In a stand mixer, cream butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth. Add the Bourbon Vanilla Extract, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and eggs to the stand mixer. Add flour, baking soda, and Himalayan Pink Salt. Mix until smooth. Add the cranberries, white chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts.

Drop 1 tablespoon of cookie mix onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden on top. Cool on a baking rack.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 ½ cups (5174) Granulated Brown Sugar

- 1 teaspoon (5164) Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 1 tablespoon Bourbon Vanilla Extract

- 2 large eggs

- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon (4040) Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
