Let your slower cooker do the work

5105 Aji Amarillo Tailgate Crock Pot Chili

Add 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt and Green Szechuan Peppercorn to the ground turkey, Mix well

In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the ground turkey. Move the cooked turkey to the crock pot and then brown onions in the remaining liquid.

Add onions to crock pot along with Garlic Powder, diced tomatoes, chili beans, Crushed Red Pepper, Ground Cumin, remaining Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt, and Green Szechuan Peppercorn, mix well, cover and Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve and garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.

- 1 pound ground turkey

- 1 large onion, chopped

- 2 tablespoons (5007) Garlic Powder

- 1 can diced tomatoes (28 ounces)

- 1 can chili beans in sauce (27 ounce)

- ½ teaspoon (5105) Aji Amarillo Chile Powder

- 2 tablespoons (5002) Ground Cumin

- 1 teaspoon (4058) Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt

- 1 teaspoon (5057) Long Pepper "Wild Picked", freshly ground (crack with a back of a chef’s knife)

- sour cream, for garnish

- cheddar cheese, grated for garnish


Just add your favorite football game.  Instead of Turkey try using beef, pork, or a combination of the three.
