5024 Ancho Chili & Aleppo Pepper Sloppy Joe Sliders

In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown the ground beef. Set the cooked meat aside.
Drain the fat leaving just enough to sauté the onions.

Return the ground beef to the pan and add Ketchup, Garlic Powder, Smoked Bittersweet Paprika, Worcestershire Sauce, Turbinado Sugar, Ground Yellow Mustard, Applewood Smoked Salt, Ancho chili powder, Aleppo chili flakes, and crushed Pink Pepper Berries.

Add the beef stock, simmer covered for 10 minutes. Serve over your favorite slider buns.

- 2 ½ pounds Ground Beef

- ½ tsp (5024) Ancho Chili Pepper Powder

- ½ tsp (5109) Aleppo Pepper Flakes

- ½ onion, diced

- 1 ½ cups Ketchup

- 2 teaspoons (5007) Garlic Powder

- 1 tablespoons (5176) Turbinado Sugar

- 1 teaspoon (5039) Ground Yellow Mustard Seeds

- 2 teaspoons (5159) Smoked Bittersweet Paprika

- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

- 2 teaspoons (4007) Applewood Smoked Salt

- 1 teaspoon (5062) Pink Pepper Berries, crushed

- ½ cup beef stock                                           

- 1 package slider buns
