4198 Edamame, Chickpea, Cranberry & Herbs de Provence Salad

Cook the Edamame according to the directions on the package. In a small bowl, mix rice wine vinegar, Mirin, Herbes de Provence & Fleur de Sel Blend, Ground Celery Seeds, and Cayenne Pepper. In a separate bowl, mix together chickpeas, Edamame, red onions, and Dried Cranberries. Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients and mix well. Serve chilled.

- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar

- ¼ cup Mirin

- 3 tablespoons (4198) Herbes de Provence & Fleur de Sel Blend

- 2 teaspoons (5188) Ground Celery Seeds

- 1/8 teaspoon (5006) Cayenne Pepper

- 1 can chickpeas (15.5 ounces)

- ½ cup Dried Cranberries

- ¼ cup red onion, small dice

- 1 cup Edamame, shelled and cooked according to package


A little bit of our Cayenne Pepper goes a long way. To add more heat

Serve as a side dish or a main dish
