4103 Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt Fries

Use the unique power of Truffle sea salt to intensify the flavor and aroma of Potatoes

4103 Italian Black Truffle Sea Salt Fries

Slice the russet potatoes into steak fries and put into a bowl of cold water (allows the fries to brown up).

Fill a skillet with enough Canola oil to cover the fries. Bring Canola oil to 325°.

When the oil is hot dip the fries into the oil and cook for 3 minutes until they are soft but not browned.

Remove the potatoes with a long-handled metal strainer and drain on a baking rack.

Bring oil temperature up to 375°. Return the potatoes to the oil in batches and cook a second time for 4 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Place the fries on a paper towel and immediately sprinkle with  Italian Black Truffle Salt.

- 1 tablespoons (4103) Italian Black Truffle Salt

- 2 large Russet Potatoes

- Canola Oil

Tip: Dry the potato strips thoroughly before frying, this will keep the oil from splattering.
