4057 Chicken Stir Fry with Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt

Rice:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add Bamboo Rice, Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt (Medium), and water. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Add butter and let cook covered until all of the liquid has been absorbed by the rice. Remove from the heat.

Chicken: Season chicken with 1 teaspoon Slow Burn Seasoning, 1 teaspoon Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt, and 1 teaspoon Wild Red Szechuan Peppercorn.

In a wok over medium high heat, add 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil. Once sesame oil is hot, brown the chicken. Remove chicken and set aside. Add 1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil and sauté leeks and mushrooms until brown. Add chicken stock, snap peas, and broccoli florets. Stir and cook until broccoli turns bright green.

Season with 1 teaspoon Slow Burn Seasoning, 1 teaspoon Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt, and 1 teaspoon Wild Red Szechuan Peppercorn. Add red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and baby corn. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes.

- 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced

- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil

- 2 teaspoon (7102) Slow Burn Seasoning  

- 2 teaspoon (4057) Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt (Medium)

- 2 teaspoon (5058) Wild Red Szechuan Peppercorn, freshly ground

- 1 leek, white part only, sliced

- 1 package Shitake Mushrooms, stems removed, sliced

- ¼ cup chicken stock, unsalted

- 1 cup snap peas

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 5 pieces of baby corn

- 2 ounces bamboo shoots

- 2 ounces water chestnuts, sliced

Rice

- 1 cup Bamboo Rice (green rice) you can also use white rice with 1 teaspoon matcha powder

- 1 ½ cups water

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1 teaspoon Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Salt
