4052 Viking Oak Smoked Steak Hoagie with Mushrooms and Onions
Steak: Rub the steak with Olive Oil on both sides and season Viking Smoked Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Grill steak to your desired temperature. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it length wise.
Vegetables: In a skillet over medium high heat, sauté mushrooms and onions in Olive Oil and butter until cooked. Sprinkle Italian Black Truffle Salt on the vegetables and mix well.
Hoagie: Slice and open the hoagie roll. Cover both sides of the roll with steak slices. Cover the center of the roll with cheese (Provolone was used in the picture). Bake the roll in the toaster oven until cheese is melted. Finish the sandwich with mushrooms, onions, and jalapenos (optional).
